Cancelled direct debit
To be honest I was expecting a bit of pushback as I had cancelled my DD as a company they use was not providing me the services they promised, after a phone call they then promised to look into it, to be fair they came back and agreed with my claim and cancelled the payment, cannot fault them for that and was refreshing to see in this day and age, well done!!!

Do not sign up to simply collect
I’ve had the exact same problem of the other bad reviews. I put my son in aspire he went for a year and didn’t go towards the end for a couple of months, they charged me for the month he never went and then told me he had to give a months notice and because I stopped my direct debit they charged £20 late. Which it wasn’t late I was not informed of a months notice when signing up or when cancelling it! They are scamming parents out of there hard earned cash and there’s no communication would not enrol my child into any gym where they use this company as it’s absolutely ridiculous!

Stay very clear of this company!!
Stay very clear of this company!! Signed up to a local Jiu-Jitsu club for my children, I had no idea this company was used at the time and when we left I was sent an overdue payment message with late fees thrown on top. Absolutely no help at all over the phone and would not listen when advised that had left the club and that the club had been advised with notice.. Simply collect had no interest and just insisted on the payment. Beware!!!
