I ordered a baby product a month ago…
I ordered a baby product a month ago and it shows as delivered, but I never received it. When I contacted the company, they offered me a 10% refund. I told them I wanted to reach the carrier in my own country, but I started to suspect they didn't actually send the product because they couldn't give me any information about the distributor in my country. With each email, they increased the refund offer to 10%, 20%, 30%, 35%. But there’s neither a refund nor the product. Don’t buy from here. This is a company that scams people.

Never received the doll
I ordered a doll for my daughter, and I never received it! I don’t even know if this is a real company or pure scam, especially when I can read that I am far from the only one who has experienced not getting what they have ordered and payed for!! The customer service is beyound bad since they do not want to help at all. My daughter saved money for a long time to be able to buy the doll, thus she is very upset. Consequently I do NOT recommend this company at all!!!!

People are complaining about this company but what do you expect from a company that only makes white dolls. Not one black, Asian, or Hispanic doll.

I bought two reborn dolls one for my daughter's birthday and her little sister one and I never got them . So I'm out of the money and I have not just one little girl upset I have two and now trying to buy 2 more that are the real thing without getting scammed again people should be ashamed of themselves how that sleep at night knowing they did that to families that like me that live pay check to pay check. SO DO NOT BUY FROM SILVIICIA ITS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!
