Purchased the sightseeing pass a few…
Purchased the sightseeing pass a few months ago for new york in June 2025. A few days before going i decided to pre book a couple of places and was met with a generic message saying that the company has ceased trading. I had received no email prior to this and no way of contacting them. I'm glad that I checked beforehand because we would have looked like a right pair of idiots. We had to spend another few hundred pounds with a different company. We lodged a dispute with our card company and today have received a full refund.. I urge anyone that has gone through the same thing to raise a dispute with this company to get your money back.

Shut down with no information
Had purchased previously in Jan 2024 and had minor issues regarding the airport transfer that was offered at the time but decided to purchase again for a trip in November 2025. The company has since gone out of business with not so much as an email notification. Currently pursuing a refund via credit card company. Extremely disappointing. I would say do not buy but the physically no longer allows you to and is ZERO help.

SCAM!! NEW YORK SIGHTSEEING PASS
If I could give the NEW YORK SIGHTSEEING PASS a TRUE rating it would be MINUS 10 STARS. We have been totally RIPPED OFF, this site is a FULL ON SCAM, unfortunately I learnt the hard way, I booked a 2 day pass for 2 people, it cost me almost $600 US DOLLARS, & I have now found out I have lost all that money, & now have to find another $600 US if I want to go to all places I had planned to go with my 2 day pass, that is NOW WORTHLESS! 😭😭😭 I REALLY HOPE OTHER TRAVELLERS SEE THIS & NEVER USE THIS PASS SITE. NEW YORK SIGHTSEEING PASS. ☠️☠️☠️

Sinverguenzas. Me he enterando que habian cerrado reservando el empire state. Tickets comprados en mayo. 600 €. Con supuesto seguro. Web bloqueada. Mail sin respuesta. Ninguna informacion suya. Estoy intentando anulen cargo tarjeta. Si alguien sabe como proceder agradecere cualquier ayuda.

L’entreprise a fait faillite
L’entreprise a fait faillite, malgré le fait que j’ai souscrit à l’assurance annulation, impossible de se faire rembourser car on ne peut plus se connecter. Pas de réponse non plus à mon mail envoyé il y a un mois et demi, des voleurs, 260€ de perdu à cause d’eux. Le pire étant qu’ils continuent à vendre leurs pass malgré le fait qu’ils soient inutilisables…
