I was scammed
I was scammed, and now I can't even get a refund. This is absurd!!!!! After accepting a free 7-day trial with this app, I was charged the full annual fee. This is false advertising and highly unethical. To add insult to injury, Apple refused to refund me and offered no explanation. They can clearly see I joined the free 7-day trial, that I was charged immediately, and that I unsubscribed immediately because I was alarmed. This makes me want to switch to Samsung, something I never thought I would do. Not sure what is going on with Apple???!!! They have lost all sense of integrity!!!!!

I use two different apps because my sleep patterns are less than ideal, and I want reliable data when I experiment with either behavior changes or supplements to attempt to change my reality. Both apps rely on my Apple Watch. One makes good use of it. Shuteye does not. When I awaken in the night, sit up and read, shuteye tells me I am still asleep. My watch knows that I am moving. For some reason Shuteye ignores that fact. My vital signs are there but shuteye doesn’t bother to read them. They have full permission, but say the data are not available. Do not waste your money on this app.

Can’t use sound features, and the feature to record your snoring
First this app will not let you review it on the app review page so there’s simple advertising there. It has all these great features like sounds that would help you fall asleep however, if you use those sounds to fall asleep, it won’t record your sleep. You’re snoring or your sleep disturbances you get a report that says there’s too much background noise to hear you snore. It needs a filter to filter out its own background noise, or it needs to stop offering those things since it makes their app useless. The other thing is at least once or twice a week. It says you had zero snoring zero breathing disturbances, but you can see it all on the record recording. You can go listen to yourself snore so you know this app is just not working the way it’s supposed to.

I used shut eye as a diagnostic as I was told I snore and stop breathing. This app saved my life. After 3 days of recording it was apparent I was in trouble. Made an appointment with sleep specialist and found I have severe sleep apnea. I sing praises to this app. I am now on a Cpap machine and feeling great. Thank you to shut eye for a great diagnosis. I was charged the annual fee and canceled after one year! Absolutely up front and worth the annual fee

The app was great at first
The app was great at first. Now i have to mess with it to get it to work. It said that it recorded 500 sounds! AND its weird that there are typos. I cant even understand the information sometimes.
