Prolonged process for such a such short returns window
I ordered the same dress in two sizes and opted for the prepaid return service, as I expected to keep at least one of the dresses. However, the dresses were delivered separately. The first dress to arrive was too small, while the second had a faulty zip, so I decided to return both. I went to the returns portal to start the process, but I was told that a return label would not be issued until my return claim had been assessed. I wouldn’t mind this process if there was sufficient time, but your returns policy requires items to be returned within 14 days. The first dress I received needs to be returned this week, and I still haven’t received any update regarding my claim. I have also tried contacting customer service by email, but the responses appear to be automated and haven’t been helpful. At this point, I simply want to return both dresses and would appreciate it if you could send me the return label as soon as possible. I do not wish to keep either dress, and I do not want to be penalised for a delay that is outside of my control.

Honestly sooo mad, I should’ve known better than ordering from online that only has pick me reviews. Just buy on SHEIN if this is your option… I’m out $60 on a dress that’s probably 15 dollars on SHEIN…
