Read the terms and conditions
Placed an order after reading the terms and conditions. once the order is placed, they send me an email saying that they cannot deliver to my location as we are on islands and will refund my purchase. they charge on the spot, email 5 days later and refund 2 months later. And the terms and conditions still do not mention that they do not deliver to my location so others in my area will probably go through this again.

Don’t buy!!! Leaks all over.
I’ve purchased their concealer and every single time it leaks all over the place and I’m every attempt to contact customer service they don’t offer a replacement or a solution. Don’t buy the concealer. They ask you to provide images, order number and proof if purchased through a 3rd party and then do nothing.

The products are of poor quality and clearly not worth the price. They caused an allergic reaction that I am still struggling with.

Dangerous Skin Inflammation
This product caused severe swelling and intense skin inflammation within hours of use. The reaction was painful and completely unacceptable. I followed the instructions and do not have sensitive skin. This is not a mild irritation — it’s a serious reaction. I will not use this brand again. Do not buy without extreme caution.

Low quality products
Low quality products. The high price doesn't speak for the quality. I have got red skin rash after using the concealer. I don't recommend the product at all. Invest better on South Korean products
