Customer service was exceptional
Customer communications and service were really good! Always got a reply to my questions! Package took a bit longer to get shipped but you cant really expect to get something on your doorstep the next day when ordering online (especially from a different country over seas)

Absolute nightmare to deal with. No replies to emails, no working phone, and I had to involve my credit card company just to get a refund. Took three months to get my money back. I’ll never use BHP again. Avoid.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from Shop BHP to think twice before placing an order and even then, think again!! Shop BHP accepted my payment without any issue, yet months later I am still waiting for the items I ordered. My order has been outstanding since March, and despite numerous attempts to contact the company, I have received little to no communication! Their customer service is non-existent! Emails have gone unanswered, can't speak to anyone over the phone, I even located an alternative contact number, only to have my call declined. Totally frustrating, the complete lack of communication! Delays can happen, I understanding this and being kept informed is basic stuff. Based on my own experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone. If you value your money, your time, and basic customer support, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere. Order outstanding since March. No delivery. Emails ignored. Phone calls declined. Absolutely unacceptable.

Do not buy from this company
Do not buy from this company. I purchased an item and having received nothing for a few weeks reached out to them. They have no operational phone number, never reply to emails and the online chat is a joke. The listed address is one that they left three years ago and a quick look at the Company on Companies House show that the company is in trouble. I wish I saw these reviews before I parted with my money.
