I pre order the obi femi new shirt in…
I pre order the obi Show new shirt in July for husband's bday and was told it would ship out August 17 and then today they told me they canceled my order and they won’t give me a direct response on why because I pre-ordered it I paid for it. They took my money and the shirt is not out of stock as I could tell online, but they just be asking me. and they won’t replace it. i’ve got nothing but terrible Customer Service from them today I disappointed and I will not be ordering from them for a long time or maybe not ever.

35 years undertaker blacksmith shirt
Ordered the 35 years undertaker blacksmith shirt got it relatively quick shirt came in and instead of looking as advertised the shirt came in and was almost completely green and grey for the print rather than what it was supposed to. Reached out saying it didn’t come as pictured so they sent me a replacement and the replacement came in looking the same as the first one I got. I am beyond unhappy don’t order things do not come in looking like they are supposed to.

Ordino il 14/12/2025. Prima dell'acquisto promettono l'invio della merce prima di Natale, appena premuto il bottone di pagamento la data slitta magicamente a dopo Natale. Poi arriva una loro email di conferma posticipando ancora la data di arrivo della merce già pagata al 07/01/2026. Tralascio che mi hanno fatto pagare spese di spedizione non dovute. Oggi: 13/01/2026 la mia merce non è ancora arrivata

I recently purchased a t-shirt and my discount wasn’t taken out. In order for discount to apply I have to return the item back to them and repurchase it. I explained it’s a Christmas gift for my son and I still have items that will be shipped to me in February but they cannot adjust the price. So basically they want me to disappoint my son on Christmas. Never again I will purchase anything here. We are supporting them at least meet us halfway.

Ordered a mankind hoody for a Xmas gift 2 months ago - now they are saying won’t be shipped until 23/12. Don’t advertise stock if you don’t have it at hand. Disgusting customer service.
