Avoid this online site.
Really wished I had checked this site before placing an order. I have read through reviews as the same thing has happened to me. I placed the order, received My invoice and a DHL tracking number. DHL does not recognise this number. I have sent two emails, requesting an update . Next step is contacting my credit card company to dispute the purchase and payment.

Porsche should do better
Placed an order for what looked like a lovely product over a month ago. Porsche's chosen courier, DHL, failed to deliver the product, no attempt was made and it was stuck in their facility. I redirected to a local pick up point as I was going away. It turns out that the pickup point was no longer a DHL partner, even though the DHL website pointed me there! Product was apparently returned to Porsche but still not identified and no refund made. I have chased Porsche many many times and received polite responses but no action. Buying from a premium brand that I have spent £000000's on cars with, has been an awful experience I would avoid at all costs as they take payment but just don't deliver. Porsche take note, DHL are your choice and they have let you down and damaged your brand.

Don’t bother
Poor effort. Same experience as all the other reviewers. Ordered a pair of trainers over a month ago. Was marked as ‘delivered’ by dhl shortly after but certainly wasn’t delivered to me. No photo or details. Flagged immediately to Porsche shop who replied politely that they would investigate. A month later I’m still waiting, no timescale, chased for details - no information, they are awaiting their internal investigation and a reply from dhl. Not acceptable, this is your problem with your delivery provider, not mine. Thank goodness it was only a pair of trainers and not one of their more expensive items… Not the level of customer service that is expected for a brand like Porsche.

Porsche Took My Money – But Where Is My Order?
I am beyond disappointed with the experience I’ve had with the Porsche Online Shop. I placed an order on 30 June for my husband’s birthday, believing I was buying from a premium brand renowned for quality and customer service. Instead, I’ve been met with weeks of frustration, poor communication and complete indifference. Despite being told my order had been dispatched on 1 July, the tracking never progressed beyond indicating that DHL had not received the parcel. After chasing Porsche multiple times, I was eventually told that they couldn’t send a replacement and couldn’t even process a refund until an internal postal investigation had been completed. Even more frustrating, they have been unable to provide any timeframe whatsoever for how long this investigation might take. In other words, Porsche has my money, I have no product, no refund, no replacement and no indication of when this will be resolved. For a company that prides itself on excellence and customer experience, this has been anything but. Premium brands should take ownership when something goes wrong instead of leaving customers out of pocket indefinitely while they investigate matters behind the scenes. The responses I’ve received have been polite but entirely unhelpful, simply repeating that they are waiting for updates from DHL and asking for more patience. Patience is difficult when you’ve paid for goods that never arrive and nobody can tell you when you’ll either receive them or get your money back. This experience has seriously damaged my perception of the Porsche brand. If this is how the Porsche Online Shop treats loyal customers when something goes wrong, I would think very carefully before ordering from them. Extremely disappointing from a company that markets itself as a luxury brand. I expected far better.

The worst customer service ever
The worst customer service ever! Lack of personal responses, some responses even feel like AI. When you do get through to someone they promise the earth and then deliver nothing. Endless cycles of having to repeat yourself. No accountability, empathy or sign of the so called German efficiency…… in the end after 6 weeks i had to result to opening a paypal claim to recover funds.
