Very slow shipping, incorrect sizing-shop elsewhere
Spoke to someone there about shorts. Gave them my size, weight, height, whatever they asked for. They said a small would work. I asked are you sure and they confirmed. I got the shorts about 3 weeks later and guess what...I couldn't even get them . I spoke with them to get a refund and they had the nerve to charge me shipping both ways. I wouldn't buy anything from them again.

Durch einen Blogbeitrag auf Pearl Izumi EU gestoßen und direkt bestellt. Was für ein Fehler. Die Bestellung vom 14. März kam nie an, der Kundenservice antwortet seit Wochen nicht. Kein Tracking, keine Rückmeldung, nichts. DPD zeigt das Paket als verloren, aber Pearl Izumi interessiert das scheinbar herzlich wenig. Nie wieder.

I used to be pleased with purchases…
I have been very pleased with purchases from this company in past years. More recently, however, I feel their product quality has declined and their customer service has completely disappeared. In addition, many of their items are designated as non-returnable, but this designation is not visible on their website. You will not know until you try to return your purchase.

Poor Product, Diabolical customer service
Avoid this company like the plague. sub par products that you wont be able to return they will ignore your consumer rights i have been locked in an email battle trying to return defective shorts that are not fit for purpose and dangerous to ride in for over 7 weeks and they could not car less. With so many better brands out there who provide good quality gear and excellent customer service do yourself and the cycling community a favour and do not give this company your money

Been a buyer since the the late 80s. Great pants in the past. Nice double clean stitching. They where made here in the USA. Then made in mexico. Still great pad n stitching. Now their made in China. The pad is cheap n the stitching is a zigzag . On a long 2 hr + ride they start to grind your skin because of the pads stitching. The zigzag scrapes the skin when sweaty. The pad wrinkles n doesn't support the seat. Why they did this is beyond my understanding. Stoped buying them since that n now use other sellers . Like bonrager. They are great but I miss the old pearlrzumi. So sad.
