What a joke!
I ordered a custom jersey and received the wrong item. I've been reaching out for six months now, and nothing has been done—still no refund in sight. This is hands down the worst customer experience I've ever had. Save your money and stay away from their website—they'll just scam you.

Disappointment.
Ordered a Flyers flex fit hat and black tshirt with just their primary logo on it. Both items are trash. The hat fits like a child's hat and the tshirt is paper thin. I can see the logo breaking down and washing off after 1 or 2 washes. Pathetic.

Sign up offer for 10% off. I don't get it ... note it was in phishing folder. I try to do chat: bot was a waste of time asked for a human being. No one showed up, I go back in and try to find the code. No luck, but I got free shipping. That code was applied.. so I thought...so due to time constraints, I paid and thought I at least got free shipping... Well, I never received a receipt in my email and it is not in spam either. I start looking for a number to call.... finally found one on Face book but not on their site. Eyder was no help but polite. However I said right off the bat I most likely will need to speak with a second tier supervisor. Well that never happened so i said, I want to cancel my order less than an hour passed by since purchase .... Now he was able to discuss the issue with a supervisor ... to tell me it was more than 10 minutes since the order and I could not cancel it. I asked many times to speak with a supervisor, he reached out to them then said he is busy. So I kept asking for a receipt at least so I could expense the purchase. Took 5 minutes to manage that. What a sham! You really do suck! Oh then below this complaint is a 10% off sign up offer AGAIN! SERIOUSLY...

I ordered hockey puck display cases for…
I ordered hockey puck display cases for my autographed pucks. they arrived with no assembly instructions and I couldn't figure out how to assemble them. Apparently, no assembly instructions are available so I asked to return for a refund. They are charging me shipping to return unless I accept the return on a gift card. I don't have any plans to purchase anything from them ever again so I don't want a gift card. I'm going to have to jump through their hoops to get a full refund. A similar thing happened almost a year ago when a shirt I ordered didn't fit.

If you are going to have a free shipping offer, apply it automatically. The offer was free shipping on orders over $29. I spent $180 on a jersey and didn't get the free shipping because I didn't enter the code.
