Do Not Buy: Eibos Fails to Honor Warranty
I would like to express my extreme disappointment with the lack of communication and resolution regarding my order. Despite reporting the faulty and excessively loud auto-venting units on my TETRAS dryer shortly after delivery in November, and being promised replacement parts on November 28th, I have received no updates. The tracking number provided has never shown any progress, and my subsequent follow-up emails have gone completely ignored. A product is only as good as the support behind it. Between the defective hardware and the total lack of communication, my experience has been a series of broken promises. I strongly advise potential customers to avoid this product until Eibos demonstrates they can actually support their users

Great customer service, bad product quality
My order was delivered to Germany instead of Switzerland for some reason, I don't know who messed up so I won't deduct stars for this. However, Eibos contacted me before I even noticed and asked if I got my order. I said no and they immediately sent the products again. The parcel arrived a few days later. Great customer service. Update: I bought a whole bunch of their vacuum bags and they're awful. They often get holes where the plastic crinkles when pulling a vacuum and if they actually hold a vacuum moisture permeates the plastic. I sealed several spools with a container full of molecular sieve, a very strong desiccant, and within just a few months the humidity in the bags reached ~35% which is about the humidity of the storage room in winter. They still held a vacuum, but water molecules are smaller than oxygen and nitrogen, so the bags are air- but not vapour proof.
