So sad that Shoes of Prey are gone
So sad that Shoes of Prey are gone. They sold a fabulous product, friendly, staff, who went beyond, shoes that one could design for oneself, that were so comfortable, that I would only buy from Shoes of Prey. I am very sad that they are gone. Anything negative, would have to be in the minority, or not at all, or from someone with an agenda. That is how good this company was. Please come back.

Have not received my refund!
I purchased one pair of shoes from Shoes Of Prey which didn't fit and I returned it immediately. The return was back in September of 2018 and I still haven't received my refund!!

J'ai commandé en juillet 2018 des chaussures après avoir répondu au questionnaire. Ne connaissant pas ma pointure internationale, je me suis fiée au résultat du questionnaire qui demandent combien mesurent les pieds. En recevant ma commande, je découvre des chaussures beaucoup trop petites (taille enfant?). Je commence donc une procédure de remboursement. Après réception des chaussures on me répond que le processus de remboursement est en marche et qu'il durera plusieurs jours. Voilà nous sommes en décembre et j'attends toujours malgré mes relances sans réponse. Je ne veux plus d'excuses.

It’s not a waste of money, beautiful shoes, rapid service
I checked reviews online to make sure I wasn’t wasting £150 on internet shoes, but this company is genuine and my shoes are beautiful. Arrived within 10 days of ordering. Only whinge was with the crap DHL delivery guy, but that’s DHL. Fantastic returns service. Although I used their online size guide my shoes were too small so I asked for them to be remade in a bigger size. Considering these are personalised and made to order I think this is exceptional customer service. Particularly as they also credited my postage which was £20 towards my next pair of shoes. Now I have found my perfect size I will be ordering many pairs from here.
