They grab more info from you than they…
They grab more info from you than they need, require 2FA every time you close the browser/log back in, have you verify a deposit amount anytime you add a card on file (forget using a prepaid card), etc. They are easy to use, but a pain in the backside to use.

Used to be good but not any more
Used to be good but they keep increasing prices (without warning or updating their pricing schedule) and I’ve paid for a rediculous amount of air since they moved locations. Boxes arrive packed out with so much added brown paper because they’re too lazy to correct that they picked the wrong sized box. Even when I raised it as an issue and asked them to check before dispatch they don’t. I know the size of the products. On one occasion the box they used was enough for the contents x3!!! I did a mock box up with identical products and box, and was disgusted to see it only filled one third of the box. They repacked after I called them out on that occasion with a box half the size of the original, which was still excessive but an improvement. They simply don’t care anymore and it’s no longer worth using their services.

As other has written I was satisified but but now they just act scammy. Not sending my packages, paying for my delivery and they have some sort of bug with that and suddently they claim the packages as their prperty. I would stay far away from them atm!

Great reshipping company.
Not sure what the majority of the negative reviews are for, but from my experience, ShippingXPS has always scanned and delivered my packages the same day or the next day. I have had over 15+ packages delivered to their warehouse without any issues whatsoever. Their WhatsApp support is responsive and will take care of any requests or issues aside from the web ticket system.
