I bought a shelter logic garage in a…
I bought a shelter logic garage in a box a 13 x 20 x 12 model number 802337. It lasted 2 1/2 years. I called customer service. They said it last about 2 1/2 years boy they hit that one right on the dime, didn’t they? There was only a one year warranty on it. Why would you spend that much money to have something to 2 1/2 years is beyond me, but it only has the standard gauge of polyethylene of a 7.5. I think everybody should report this to the Better Business Bureau because it does not stay on the box. It only lasts two 2 1/2 years with it, which is ridiculous for what you pay for it also to get a replacement for this I’m not sure what it was. I thought it was like $1100. I’m not sure I didn’t write that one down for some reason but to get it replaced with a 14.5 heavy duty polyethylene that last 10 years it’s $1550, $1900 for 21.5 polyethylene that last 15 years possibly longer this is just for the replacement. This is a rip off big time.

Received my Sojag Phuket gazebo and…
Received my Sojag Phuket gazebo and upon opening and inspection, I noticed that two of the beige corner panels had strange spots all over the inside. At first I thought it was mildew, but it was not, and they were kind of purple looking. The other two corner panels had treadmarks and I could not tell if it was from the bottom of a shoe or at tire. These marks would not wipe off. The treads were not as noticeable but the purple spots were very obvious and one panel was extremely affected. I immediately sent an email to their customer service address. The next day I followed up with a phone call and spoke with a very kind and helpful customer service representative who said she could see my email, to which I had attached pictures of the issues. My concern was whether they could send replacement panels or if I needed to return the entire gazebo as I wanted to set it up for that weekend. She advised we will never have to return it and that they will either send me replacement panels or an entirely new gazebo. We spoke for some time and she told me that the email was currently being addressed and I would receive a response likely by the next day. Fast forward to a week and a half later and I have had ZERO response either by email or phone. This is terrible customer service and had we not already assembled this difficult to put together gazebo, under their customer service advisement, I would definitely be returning it.

Terrible life span
Terrible life span. The storage tent is great when first put up but a few years later it is full of rips and tears from weather. I have replaced the door and cover twice in the last 4 years. I did not know that the matetials would fail so fast otherwise i would not have purchased. See the photos of what the cover looks like after two years. The replacement cover and door are not cheap. The more expensive cover comes with a 15 year warranty but the door only has a 3 year warranty. Be ready to replace covers if you plan to kerp this for any length of time.

Schlechte Produktqualität und mangelhafte Passgenauigkeit. Mehrere Teile fehlten bereits bei der Lieferung (u. a. Befestigungsgummis und Rahmenverbindungen), weitere Bauteile waren unvollständig bzw. beschädigt. Die Abdeckungen sind zu kurz, sodass kein ausreichender Abschluss zum Boden entsteht und Zugluft im Inneren auftritt, wodurch die Nutzung als Gewächshaus eingeschränkt ist. Zusätzlich wirken die Rahmenkonstruktion und Beschichtung minderwertig; die Konstruktion ist insgesamt wenig stabil. Der Kundenservice verweist pauschal auf „konstruktionsbedingte Eigenschaften“ und lehnt eine Reklamation ab, ohne eine zufriedenstellende Lösung anzubieten. Insgesamt entsteht der Eindruck einer deutlich unterdurchschnittlichen Produkt- und Servicequalität im Verhältnis zum Kaufpreis.
