If I could give 0 stars
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Before finalising sale, I was bombarded with spam, prompting me to purchase multiple other products. This was extremely off-putting so I decided to leave the site before completing the transaction. However, they still took the money from my account. Then, when I tried to talk to someone to cancel the order (within 5 minutes) I was told it was already processed and couldn't be cancelled. I'll be reporting them to trading standards UK UPDATE... They emailed me stating they would be given me a full refund, cancelling my order and asking if I would like to "amend my trust pilot review " then 2 hours later I receive another email stating my order has been shipped! Safe to say that my review will NOT be changing until my money is back in my account!

Beware you can't cancel and very…
Beware you can't cancel and very spammy. After I entered my card details but before I proceeded to the review shipping costs and pay page, a promo page came up. I wasn't interested in the promo but I couldn't opt out so I left the site altogether and decided the company wasn't for me. I received an email from them saying they were waiting for payment. Then 15 mins later my account was charged (including postage I never knew the cost of) and I received a confirmation email. I tried to cancel and there is no option to do this on their website. I emailed them and they claimed the product had already left the factory on a Sunday afternoon and therefore they couldn't cancel the order. I would also like to add that they have turned my comments off on their Instagram posts that describe the issue I have had. If you look at their posts there is a suspiciously low number of comments which likely indicates they are doing this to A LOT of unhappy customers. I have reported them to Consumer Affairs Victoria.
