Ordered 2 bras after reading positive social media reviews. I choose the back smoothing shaping bra, Followed the advised guidance for sizing and measured accordingly. The sizing on the bras was way off. I ordered what I believed from their sizing chart to be a 44G - in normal sizing I would have been a 38G but I followed their guidance. The bras were enormous! Even on the tightest loops they were huge. I emailed to explain I may have been sent the wrong size but was offered no solution. I would have returned for a refund or even accepted an alternative that fit but the emails with customer service took a long time and weren’t helpful.

Not as advertised and no refund.
The bras I ordered and the items I received were two completely different products. I ordered three push-up bras that are advertised as having a gentle lift built into the bottom of the cups, designed to lift the breasts and push them together. All of the product photos clearly show this style and effect. I have actually owned this exact style of bra before, a few years ago, and I have been trying to find it again ever since. Unfortunately, the bras I received from Shapedly are not those bras. What arrived were simple T-shirt bras with no push-up padding or built-in lift like the bras shown in the advertising. I contacted Shapedly to request a refund because I believe the products are falsely advertised, but they refused and referred me to their returns policy, saying it was clearly stated at checkout. In my opinion, that completely misses the point. A returns policy does not change the fact that the product being sent out is materially different from the product shown and described in the listing. I have now contacted my bank regarding a refund. The frustrating thing is that, if I had actually been looking for a T-shirt bra, I probably would have been quite happy with what I received. The bras themselves are comfortable and feel nice to wear. They have very wide backs with seven hooks and thick, adjustable straps, which provide plenty of support. However, they are simply not the bras being advertised. I have noticed that a number of companies appear to be using the same photographs of this particular push-up bra while sending out a completely different product. I know the bra shown in those photographs genuinely exists because I have owned it before. Unfortunately, based on my experience, if you order this advertised push-up bra from Shapedly, what you are likely to receive instead is a standard T-shirt bra. The product itself may be perfectly fine for someone wanting that style, but it is not acceptable to advertise one bra and send customers another.

Not recommend! Spam Dont buy save your money. Its not as described at all. I bought M size but it fits like XS; it's a cheap bra. I never bought anything that advertised before this was my mistake. And check return policy when they say full refund if not satisfied but they lie, they said if its used any discount it can't be returned. Dont buy nothing is as they described.

Don't order bras from shapedly
Order these bras and they didn't fit even though I used their size chart. The bras cups are so small. The back fights good. But I can't wear them because of cup sized wrong.i order 42D cup fits like a 42C. I have no use for bras and have been asking for a refund since August 9 2026. Can't get return information to send them back for a refund. My mistake is I should have paid for them through PayPal. Just lost $85.57
