If I could leave a zero review I would
If I could leave a zero review I would. Horrible customer service. No response to chat feature and zero response to escalation. It’s been 9 hours and no response. No supervisor to talk to. I highly recommend no one use this company. Server went down. We realized they hax the card that was canceled. We put in correct card and paid bill. We put in a ticket snd no response. We put in a second ticket. No response. We called customer service said they would escalate the ticket and server would be up. It wasn't. Called again said they couldn't do more. Asked for a supervisor and they said there wasn't any. Our server expert said to use chat. We sat in cue 1 for an hour and a half no response. We finally sent a ticket to sales department. At 9:49 at night we started receiving emails from server 4 you that they received our ticket. 14 hours after submission and payment. In the email it said they provide 24/7 support. We did not receive it. These emails came as a result of the sales ticket. We didn't receive any response from the original tickets we submitted to support. We've been in business for 24 years. Never have we ever had this bad of an experience from any server company before.

Their network TCP performance is poor
Their network TCP performance is poor They use link11 as a carrier which is Israeli big security warning The price for CPU ram storage performance is good but they don't want to honor their right of withdraw because it's an USA VPS despite on their website the right of withdraw says it applies for all orders . Be carefull with this provider in case something goes wrong .

Recommended for customer service
Things did not work out as far as the particular product that I ordered. The customer service was excellent and did not beat around the bush. This is commendable as many companies these days do not care for their customers properly when things go wrong. They do provide some good deals for the specifications available on their servers.

No IPv6 address! Beware!
I just bought a server from them. Price is VERY good, but their servers don't come with an IPv6 address. If IPv6 connectivity is important to you, find another provider. This is their response to my request for an IPv6 address: Unfortunately, it is not possible to add the IPv6 address to your server. We don’t offer IPv6 addresses at the moment. Our servers get provided with one IPv4 address. Best Regards, Alexander Wilkens
