Sentien screwed me too
Companies like Sentien are the reason I won't back any Kickstarter projects in the future (after backing 33 other projects). Not only did they never deliver the reward for the money I paid them, they began selling it directly to consumers and apparently just abandoned all the folks from the Kickstarter campaign who never received their rewards. Sounded like a great product, and it may be, but these people are criminals for stealing the $787,374 pledged on Kickstarter.

Absolute scam! Stay away
Absolute scam! They haven't shipped to most of their Kickstarter backers (5 years later), yet they're selling the headsets on their website at full price. They ignore messages from backers and just generally seem to have settled in fine with the fact that they took $1M from backers and shipped out a tiny fraction of the product. Honestly shameful.

Would Never Recommend - Scammed on Kickstarter
Would avoid this company at all costs, backed on kickstarter (April 13th, 2021) from the start with high hopes of this project only to be let down with no product and no updated information from anyone on their team. Even if the product ever truly comes out to the mass market and I see it physically in front of me, I would never back or purchase any of their products. As they have shown no support for the backing client base in both product and customer service.
