Very positive experience with Selfnamed
Very positive experience with Selfnamed’s customer service. I recently experienced a delivery issue with a parcel that had to be reshipped after an initial failed delivery. The tracking information for the second shipment was unclear, and the recipient still hadn’t received the parcel. I contacted Selfnamed’s customer service team, and they took the time to locate the reshipment, investigate the situation, and quickly provide me with the information I needed. The parcel was ultimately delivered successfully. I particularly appreciated their responsiveness, helpfulness, and efficiency in resolving the issue. When building your own brand, knowing you can rely on a partner who is there to help when a logistics issue arises is genuinely reassuring. Thank you to the Selfnamed team for the great support!

My Experience with Selfnamed...
I am unfortunately not fully satisfied with Selfnamed’s customer service. The response time is quite slow, and it can take around two days to receive an answer to questions. For a small business, this can be frustrating because it puts important decisions and orders on hold and can delay the progress of the business. That said, I am very happy with the quality of the products I ordered. The products themselves are good quality and match the descriptions on the website. However, I did have an issue with one of my orders. I designed the product online according to how I wanted it to look, but when it arrived, it was not the same as what I had designed. It also took quite a long time to receive a refund, which was disappointing. I believe Selfnamed could improve by offering a wider selection of formulas and bottles, giving customers more freedom to create exactly the products they want. It would also be helpful to have an additional quality-control step before dispatch, to make sure that the product delivered matches exactly what the customer designed and ordered online. Overall, I am happy with the product quality, but I think the customer service, response times, product selection and order accuracy could be significantly improved.

Amazing customer support
Self Named makes it easy to order with no minimums on almost all of their products. Their design studio is user friendly if you need to make quick labels, or you can download their template and design yourself. The AI mockups after design help you visualize the 3D image. But beyond all of this, they have exceptional customer service. We had a typo on one of our labels and only noticed it after we ordered. We contacted SN to ask if there was any way they could pause production - but the items were already to ship. They worked with us to make it right, sending us replacements (even though the mistake was on us). We only recently started working with them but this is how you generate long-term customer relations. We greatly appreciate their help and look forward to working with them as we expand our product selection. 10/10 company!
