Fast and accurate responses and satisfying resolution Seeed's Technical Support Team response to my initial report was within a few hours, subsequent responses were always timely and the process kept an excellent pace until positive resolution. The team language, questions and approach was very professional and on time. When tasks needed to be handled by another team (Application Support, Customer Support, Logistics Team), the hand-off was smooth, fast and professional. This was my first time shopping at Seeed Studio and subsequently first technical support experience with the Seeed company. I am a private individual. I can strongly recommend Seeed as a supplier and i myself will use their products again in the future.

Excellent customer support - timely and responsive!
8/25/26 - Based on my recent experience with my AUXCOMM teams use of six SeeeD Solar Node P1-Pro units and the utilization of same over the course of 2 days on a 100 mile rugged mountain course, I purchased the same node via their website. Received unit in a timely manner, upgraded the software and the unit went into a deep sleep. The node would wake up for a short period of time then sleep. SeeeD Customer Support (Mabel) responded within 24 hours (on all emails) and provided directions to address the matter, which I did so over the period of several weeks. Unfortunately, the unit would not remain awake. She offered a full refund and return shipping or a replacement. Due to time limitations on field tests, I accepted the full refund and prepaid shipping label. I returned the unit and received a full refund within 18 days of shipping and SeeeDs receipt of the malfunctioning node. Very pleased with the customer support that was professional and timely!!

Very disappointing experience with…
Very disappointing experience with Seeed Studio. I received my miniChord in a package that was already open and had no security seal. The paper manual and the data cable were also missing. I immediately contacted customer service to request a solution, including a return and a refund. However, I was told that I should not have opened the package, even though it was not sealed in the first place, as I had already explained in my very first message. I find the way this situation has been handled very disappointing and I regret the lack of consideration given to my request. I expected a more professional level of customer service.
