Claim paid out within 7 working days....
I have been a customer with Secursus for five years and submitted my first claim 10 days ago. Frankly, I was a little nervous as some insurers have a reputation for refusing claims for any frivolous reason. Thankfully, Secursus are not one of those companies. Once I had provided the requested information/documentation my claim was settled within 7 working days. Furthermore, the claim was paid out in full with no excess or policy deductions. The claims handler that primarily dealt with my claim was professional, competent and very responsive. So why am I sharing my experience with you? I am a small micro business therefore cashflow is a constant challenge. A £1,550 loss is substantial to me and would likely have resulted in me not taking a salary for the month. Secursus ability to promptly settle my claim, in full, and without fuss has certainly made my life a little easier.

Excellent service and response
Excellent service and response; should ditch the reliance on Royal Mail reports, as the reason we use Securus to insure shipments is because of the main carriers' substandard service. I use them for all my higher value shipments and recommend that you do to

Secursus, excellent choice
I used Secursus twice in the past months. It was an excellent experience: no hidden small rules, clear explanation, fast and smooth procedure of insurance, very fast answer on my questions. And for incredibly competitive prices. Of course you hope that your shipments arrive without problems ( which was the case), but it feels good if you know that your items are properly and well insured. For me, as a private person, member of a group of collectors, who exchange items or sell sometimes an item to other collecting friends, it is also very convenient that the written agreement between 2 people is an excellent option. I just can recommend Secursus for the experiences with them so far. I sure shall use their service again.

There is great communication throughout…
There is great communication throughout the claims process, which is the most important to me as a customer. No one likes feeling like they are pushed to the side or ignored, so the communication was a huge plus.

We have used Secursus as a business for 6 months now and they are always accommodating and happy to go above and beyond our needs and requirements no matter what the task.
