Useless costumer service.

Useless costumer service.. I received a counterfeit product sent it back after contacting them and provided them all the evidence.. Been waiting longer than a month for a refund that never arrived.. I now raised the dispute with the bank.. Never had a problem with them till now unfortunately I won't buy from them anymore can't really trust them

Het is niet de bedoeling dat onze klanten extra douanekosten betalen. Het bedrag dat bij het afrekenen wordt getoond, is het bedrag dat u voor uw bestelling dient te betalen. Wij begrijpen dan ook heel goed dat het verzoek om extra kosten te betalen voor frustratie en verwarring heeft gezorgd; hiervoor bieden wij onze oprechte excuses aan. We zien dat een medewerker van onze afdeling Klachten inmiddels per e-mail contact met u heeft opgenomen en de kwestie verder onderzoekt in samenwerking met de verkoper en de vervoerder. I’m writing this review because this seems like the only available option to contact this terrible company.I ordered for an item and it’s 2weeks now,I haven’t received my order.I keep getting emails every morning for next day delivery and it never comes.Reached out to the customer care team on live chat and I was blocked after I complained bitterly because I can no longer access the live chat option on my account..Emails keeps coming back like it’s automated and no reasonable response from them.Im getting pissed as I work hard for my money to get ripped off by a company I’m only patronizing for the first time…Refund me my money!

Left Without My Item, Refund, or Any Response

I returned a parcel using Secret Sales' preferred courier, DPD, on 28 July 2026, and received proof of postage from the Post Office. Tracking showed that the parcel arrived at the DPD Bristol depot on 30 July 2026, but it has not progressed any further. DPD has since confirmed that the parcel is missing and advised that Secret Sales must contact them directly to launch an investigation. Despite this, I have sent four emails to Secret Sales customer services and have received no response whatsoever. The complete lack of communication from customer services is unacceptable. As a customer, I am left without my returned item, without a refund, and without any indication that my concerns are even being addressed. I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service and would urge Secret Sales to improve both their responsiveness and support for customers when delivery problems arise. Until this matter is resolved, I cannot recommend purchasing from them.

Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave a review and we're sorry to hear that your return hasn't yet reached the seller however, we'd like to clarify a few points. You first contacted us on Friday and we responded promptly to explain that, under DPD's investigation process, we're required to allow 10 working days before a return parcel can be formally reported as lost. Whilst we appreciate that DPD may have advised you that the parcel appears to be missing, the process they require us to follow as the account holder is different and we must adhere to their timescales. You then sent a further email on Saturday, another on Monday and left this review on Tuesday. We work through emails in strict date and time order to ensure every customer is treated fairly. Sending multiple emails about the same issue doesn't speed up our response and can actually delay it, as each new email moves the conversation back through the queue. Please be assured, at no stage have we refused to help or ignored your concerns. We've simply asked for your patience whilst we follow the courier's investigation process. A member of the Complaints Team will be in touch shortly to explain the process and assist you further. Once again, we apologise for this delay and thank you for your patience. Not much of a bargain!

Thought I had a bargain with a pair of Karrimor glasses at £14.99. Arrived with a "sales" sticker stating £9.99! Customer services say they cannot do anything about it. It's one of their trusted sellers on their Market platform! Feel really cheated!

Each seller sets their own prices and promotions not only on Secret Sales but across other retailers too. As a result, a manufacturer's or retailer's previous price tag doesn't necessarily reflect the price the item will be sold for on our marketplace. Whilst we appreciate the sticker may have caused some confusion, the price payable was clearly displayed on our website before the order was placed and was the price you agreed to pay. Your purchase was still made at a significant discount compared with the product's recommended retail price.
