Maison super bien placé à Pereybere
Maison super bien placé à Pereybere, près des commerces et de la plage. Maison propre avec piscine. Réception impeccable avec le gestionnaire de la maison, toujours là pour rendre service. Nous reviendrons certainement!

Not the service we were hoping for
We booked a luxury villa with Sealodge (via a major booking platform) for a family celebration. Unfortunately, the villa, which cost over £7000 for 10 days, was far from the luxurious retreat that we were expecting. On arrival, we found mould in several rooms, a smell of damp throughout the property and broken and dirty equipment and furnishings. Our group was then faced with a choice: should we try to make do, arrange extra cleaning and maintenance, or look for alternative accommodation at short notice. We went for the second option, for several reasons. We had children in our group and were concerned about them spending time in such a poorly maintained environment; we had little faith that the conditions could be satisfactorily improved; and we did not want the holiday to become a costly cleaning project. The first day of our holiday was spent finding alternative accommodation, which given the last minute situation, was expensive and stressful. Negotiating a partial refund for our stay required multiple emails - another activity not ideally associated with a holiday of a lifetime. One of the reasons given for holding back part of the sum was that the condition of the villa was due to was wear and tear that was considered normal for the humid Mauritian climate. Perhaps this is true, but then the photographs, descriptions and pricing should have reflected this. We also had a 6 week wait for a refund for an activity that we had pre booked via Sealodge before the holiday and that was cancelled by the service provider at the last minute. Thankfully, once the right person was contacted, the refund was processed without fuss, which suggests that there shouldn't have been a problem with doing it in the first place. Over all, sadly Sealodge did not provide the service we were hoping for on our special trip to Mauritius.

The villa was perfect and very luxurious and everything was spotless. The views from the terrace are really beautiful. The host Anne helped us well even when the coffee maker stopped working it was replaced right away.

Appartement exceptionnel!
Nous avons résidé à Grand Baie dans un appartement très spacieux avec suite parentale, et 2 autres chambres avec chacune toilettes et sdb. L'appartement était très bien décoré et spacieux. Nous avions une place de parking réservée dans une résidence sécurisée. Nous avons également apprécié l'accueil et la disponibilité de sealodge tout au long du séjour. Piscine mais dommage qu'elle ne soit pas chauffée, lieu calme, hygiène et literie impeccable, wifi. Pas besoin de faire le ménage et d'enlever les draps avant de partir, ce qui est très agréable. Malgré notre arrivée tardive nous avons été très bien accueillie. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir pour découvrir d'autres maisons ou appartements! Merci pour le cadeau de départ!😉
