Very poor customer service
After I had placed the order I was informed that the items were not actually in stock and that there would be a delay in dispatching them. As soon as I became aware of this delay, I attempted to cancel the order. However, I was told that cancellation was not possible because the order was already being processed and to wait for the order to arrive to schedule a return. The order took nearly a month to arrive (which were maternity scrubs) and of very poor quality. I then had to send a return which the fees were extortionate. I tried to complain but the email responses were very slow and I had to prompt them multiple times for a response. They have no complaint procedure and were very unhelpful. Try to avoid this company especially if UK based.

My order was delivered to the wrong…
My order was delivered to the wrong address, meaning I never received my items. I tried to contact Scrub Supply, and they told me I needed to contact the Royal Mail which is incorrect and confirmed this was incorrect by the Royal Mail themselves. After WEEKS of liaising with scrub supply I still haven’t received a replacement or refund, despite proving my the Royal Mail that they need to rectify the issue.

Expensive Returns …
I wanted to return my order and discovered that it would cost as much in postage and taxes as it had cost for the item I had ordered. There is nothing on their website to inform customers of this. If you are ordering from UK, make sure you check the return costs before doing so. I’m now left with an item I can’t use that cost me £28. Very disappointing.

Best customer service ever
The customer service is the best one I have had in my entire life. They were so helpful about any question I had regarding my order. They answered every question. They offered to express ship my order when it wouldn’t arrive on time. They were extremely polite and just incredibly amazing. I am truly amazed that such good customer service exists.
