Owner is a charlatan
Graham Whiteford, the owner, sold me a house with the following botched jobs: A hoke on the roof, no conservatory gutter & botched repairs on the rest of the gutters. Broken central heating, leeks under the bath (brought kitchen ceiling down - full bathroom refurbishment needed), leeks under kitchen sink, scratched window glass, and cracked marble fireplace. The repairs carried out within the ‘5 day rule’ were botched. Boiler still needs repaired, the under sink leak never worked & I was nearly electrocuted as there is a double socket there. I paid a plumber £40 to fix it & Graham Whiteford wouldn’t reimburse the cost. The total cost of repairs will be around £10,000-£15,000 to make the house liveable.A truly unscrupulous, immoral human being who had no conscience. Do not enter any dealing with him or you really will regret it.

Great team who went above and beyond…
Great team who went above and beyond from our first viewing to completion of sale. Knowledgeable agents and lovely office staff who were happy to help and advise whenever we called. I would highly recommend!

Stay away, terrible company.
They put us in an apartment without hot water and heating. They only fixed it after a month and numerous emails. Then when it did work the shower temperature, on the lowest setting was 44 degrees Celsius and they said that we just had to do it with that. Only when we started threatening with legal action, they gave us a new shower after 3 months. Still have a lot of broken appliances they don't want to fix, single glazing, walls have a lot of damages, some places they tried to paint over it but with a different colour of paint. They don't reply to emails for months, when they do they ignore half of the questions you ask. The staff only works from 10am to 2pm for 3 or 4 days a week and they basically laugh in your face whenever you say that something was broken in the apartment when you moved in. Horrible company with horrible employees.

Atrocious
Atrocious. We are a middle aged couple who have been renting for 7 years. We have never missed a payment and at every turn have been treated deplorably by SPC. They are only interested in money and do not care in the slightest about the tennents.
