They are scum
They are scum, avoid at any cost, ordered couple of days ago with 48hrs tracking delivery, my order never arrived call them to check they can't provide the service ask them for a full refund, waste of time

No response if something goes wrong
The bottle of perfume I ordered arrived damaged, it's not spraying. I contacted Customer Services to ask for a replacement, and was asked to email them a photo/video, which I did. 5 days later and few more emails from me chasing this, but no response. I would not risk and order from them, just in case something goes wrong with your order.

Avoid this company
Avoid this company. I purchased the Musk Is Great perfume, but it smelled like insecticide and appeared to be faulty. When I contacted customer service to request a refund, I was initially told that refunds could not be issued because the product had been opened. I explained that the only way to determine whether a perfume is defective is to open and test it, and they then instructed me to return the item. However, a few days later, they rejected my refund request for the same reason—that the product had been opened—even though they had known this from the start. As a result, I am now without both my money and the perfume. Based on my experience, the customer service was inconsistent and unhelpful, and I would advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company.

Fake Estée Lauder perfume. I contacted Yasmin Mehmet who refused to take back or refund. I would have known until I opened the bottle to have smelt the scent which is DEFINITELY NOT Estée Lauder’s beautiful

Poor customer service Hi, You should have given me the opportunity to say yes or no regarding the delay. At no point did you contact me to explain that the order could not be fulfilled until next week, nor did you give me any option to proceed or cancel. This lack of communication is unacceptable. Good customer service means keeping customers informed, not making assumptions and acting without consultation. In this situation, your customer service has been very poor. I would appreciate an explanation as to why no contact was made before this decision. Regards, Ei
