I put in 25€ and sent in all the kyc requirements and gambled so I had 1000€ then when u tried to withdraw they asked for more and more stuff that I needed to provide so they could do the withdrawal. When I had sent in everything and they didn’t ask for more they removed every last euro I had except for the original 25€ and said they suspect I forged documents as well as used a vpn and bonus abuse, I didn’t even choose a bonus and I followed every rule that they had and they took everything and terminated my account

Hello, scarabet.io is now scarawins.com. Maybe you can change it, because they changed the name, but it is still a scam company. I am a customer since 10 months. My first three withdrawals came after long delay. But they came. The last three months I was not playing anymore on this site. On 02.03.25 I decide to make a full withdrawal about my money (213 Euro). Then today I got an unbelievable email. Warum muss man ein Stern abgeben, wenn ich das nicht möchte. Dieses Casino werde ich nicht mehr betreten. Hab über Wettformat ein Bonus von 50fS ohne Einzahlung bekommen. Es ist mir gelungen die Hohe Summe umzusetzen. Meine Freude war groß ich konnte 100€ Gewinnen. Jetz kommt es ich habe ohne ein Hinweis von denen verbotene Spiele gemacht. 2Slot und mir wurden75,00€abgezogen. Was gar nicht sein kann denn soviel warfen die Slot gar nicht ab.
