What can I say apart from incredible!!
What can I say apart from incredible!! I dealt with Jack, Joshua, Steven and Olivia. At anytime I sent an email enquiry (including after hours) I would have a response within an hour!! The team did not just see my order and build it. They reviewed each component to make sure they were a perfect fit as a whole. They found out I could upgrade the motherboard to a more powerful one at a discount due to a deal on the website and so they called me to offer this option, and of course I said yes! a more powerful motherboard + discount = no brainer! Not only this, they also checked my power supply unit I selected and gave me advice to change it, not for more cost, but for another saving! It is very rare a company will actively help customers select the right parts, let alone if the advice is to actually give money back to the customer! Over the course of the build, I spent time communicating with the team via email and phone calls to discuss options and questions to make such a one of a kind build! They would send photo and video updates and kept me fully up to date with every single step! I paid for an expedited build, however due to the changes I was making with the team to build my PC, the build time over ran and as such meant it took almost a week for the PC to arrive. Was this a problem? Absolutely not! Without even asking for the expedited build cost to be refunded, I Was emailed to say they already processed this refund for me! I am so glad I spent the extra days working with the team to build this PC because it is far better than I thought it would be! Overall, what an amazing experience!! Thank you Jack, Joshua, Steven and Olivia for genuinely providing such incredible customer service! I know from now, all my PC/Gaming purchases will now be done via Scan!

Excellent, Professional Service
Recently purchased a new graphics card from Scan. I had issues with it fitting in my case and Scan handled the return and refund smoothly and professionally. I had no hesitation buying the, slightly smaller this time 😅, replacement from Scan and highly recommend them based on the service I received this time and on previous purchases with them.
