ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE - ZERO SUPPORT AND CATASTROPHIC PRODUCT FAILURE DO NOT BUY from this company if you expect them to honor their warranty or provide any customer service. We purchased sauna ( Saunasnet® 6-8 Person Outdoor Steam Sauna Nordic style) for our luxury short-term rental property in December 2025 spending approximately $14K including instalaltion services they recommended, and it has been a complete disaster. I wish we had seen the reviews here before buying from this company Within months in Apr 2026, we discovered a massive leak due to a defective initial installation (improper shingle placement and zero drainage mechanisms for a flat roof design). Water pooled and seeped into the interior, causing severe, compounding structural damage. When we reported the issue, it took over four months of endless back-and-forth, excuses, and delayed shipping for replacement parts to arrive from China. When a technician finally showed up, they tore the roof apart, realized they had the incorrect and missing parts, and tried to abandon the unit completely exposed to the elements without weatherproofing. After waiting months for a follow-up, the company ultimately informed us they had no technicians available in our area to fix their mistakes. We were left with an unusable, structurally damaged unit wrapped in a tarp during our peak rental season. We ultimately had to hire an independent local contractor to completely redo the roof out of our own pocket, costing us $3,250 in repairs on top of two full months of lost guest bookings and revenue. Gross negligence, terrible communication, and complete failure to honor their warranty obligations. Avoid at all costs.

I had a very poor experience with this company from start to finish. I placed a large, high-value order in July after being told by their sales representative that the sauna heater I was purchasing would support WiFi functionality when paired with the WiFi module I paid extra for. This was a key reason I chose this company. After delivery, the heater manufacturer confirmed that the heater I was sent does not support WiFi, meaning the product was misrepresented at the time of sale. The delays were excessive. I was originally told production and shipping would take roughly 20–25 days each. Instead, delivery stretched into multiple months, with repeated promises, missed timelines, and vague updates. I had to constantly chase them for basic information. When the sauna finally arrived, it came with crate damage, which caused damage to the unit itself. I documented this immediately with photos and video and sent it to the company. Repairs were not simple, and I had to pay installers additional labor costs due to the condition it arrived in. On top of that, critical components were missing, including sauna stones. I was forced to purchase replacements myself just to make the heater usable. At this point, I have dealt with: Incorrect equipment Missing paid-for components Excessive delays Shipping damage Additional out-of-pocket installation and repair costs Customer service responses were slow and often avoided directly addressing the core problems. After months of trying to resolve this reasonably, I had no choice but to escalate the matter through my payment provider. If you’re considering purchasing from this company, especially for a high-ticket item, I strongly recommend proceeding with extreme caution. Get everything in writing, verify compatibility directly with the manufacturer, and be prepared for delays and follow-up issues.

Suansnet plagiarized materials from other websites and does not own its own copyrights. The products and images differ slightly; do not purchase saunas from Suansnet, although the prices are competitive, the quality is not guaranteed. Their Terra series plagiarized the copyright of Bsaunanasa.

After install, there was missing siding, our sauna leaked, parts fell off. Tried for months to get company to have someone come out and fix these issues, to this day, almost 4 months later, nobody has come to fix anything. Sauna continues to leak. Your reply means nothing until you actually get someone out here to fix my sauna! Or refund the $1600 we paid for installation. 4 months have passed and irreversible water damage has been done that CANNOT be fixed. I have unsuccessfully worked with you and your install team since we learned you sent us your sauna with missing parts and found out it was leaking in May. And by your response, everyone gets to read the truth to what happened and how after 4 months, nobody has come here to address this faulty product/install. Incredibly disappointed!
