Total Scam - if you are in the United States they will stick you with huge bill and hold your items hostage until paid. Would never do business with this company again.

Very unprofessional
Very unprofessional. Inspite of paying half the payment, when I reach out they don’t answer my calls and and block my number. Everytime i send a message showing disappointment with the management they reply saying they are sorry but they don’t have an update from the Hermes store in France. Before placing the order they said the item will reach in 4 days. It has been 2 months now and I still have no update about my order. This is a total scam business . Pls don’t have your money stuck and places like these. Horrible place . Horrible management . Horrible customer care.

beware!
the policy on the website and the policy the customer service email told me do not align. the order has taken far to long to ship already and they refuse to cancel and refund.

★☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience. I ordered a luxury handbag that was advertised with a specific sourcing timeframe, but it was delayed well beyond the promised date. Communication was poor, and I had to keep chasing for updates. When the bag finally arrived, it was bent and misshapen, which is completely unacceptable for a luxury item. I have attached photos so others can see the condition it arrived in. Based on my experience, I would not purchase from Sands again.
