Lovely Customer service
Customer service was polite and they were very kind. Also was pleasantly surprised with recieving a response on a bank holiday. Lovejoy made a good decision switching to this company.

High shipping costs, damaged goods, poor customer service
Firstly the cost of shipping was hidden when ordering - therefore I assumed it was included in the £15 ‘Sale’ T shirt price. When I placed the order they took £5.99 shipping costs from me - even though the small packet was only sent UK letter post 48 hour tracked - normally costing around £1.75. I messaged customer services within a minute to cancel the order, and they said it was too late, the order process had started. When the parcel arrived, the T shirt was damaged through shoddy packing, and had adhesive tape and old labels stuck all over the front of the printed area. When I tried to peel it off this was damaging the T shirt. Wrote to Sandbed customer services with photos 3 times but heard nothing back. Quick to take your money but after that they do not seem interested. Poor customer service and extortionate shipping costs.

UK and US redirection.
The email notice about the difference of ordering on the UK website and USA while still being able to provide that same package saved me so much. Most companies would give money back but hearing that I’m able to have merch of my favorite band, made my day🥹 the communication is quick and doesn’t have me on edge for 4-5 days. Thank you for being awesome and saving the stress.
