Ryderwear has HORRIBLE customer…
Ryderwear has HORRIBLE customer service. I was their loyal customer over last years but I had multiple horrible experiences with the customer service and the last one was just too much. I purchased many items in one order but needed different sizes. I sent the items for exchange (paying more then 20€ shipping costs by post). Nobody got back to me until I reminded them after more than 1 month. In the meantime items went out of stock so they sent me only 1 item as an exchange and promised to refund me for the rest of items. Again I had to remind them after more than a month about the refund which they sent at the end but the amount is not correct plus I had to pay additional taxes to DHL for the exchanged item which Ryderwear promised by e-mail to refund me and now they refuse. I am passing all this to my legal.

False Advertising
Their leggings are nothing like those displayed on the website, in both style and material. The material is very thin and not supportive. They don't accept returns for a refund, not even for full-priced items, even though their policies indicate they would. The customer service is unbelievably unhelpful. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM RYDERWEAR. Everything about this business is deceitful.

Definitely DO NOT recommend – Zero customer support & unfair practices I strongly advise against buying from this brand. Customer service is practically non-existent—zero response or effort to help. This level of unfair treatment and disregard for customers is unacceptable. Since the company refuses to communicate and address the situation, I am now in the process of resolving this with consumer protection authorities. Save your money and stay away if you expect even basic customer care when something goes wrong. PS: You responded to me only once. After I expressed my dissatisfaction, you ignored my subsequent messages. I also shared my experience on my fitness and healthy lifestyle Instagram account, where I have nearly 20k followers, and received numerous messages from people who told me they had experienced similarly terrible customer service from your company. The many negative reviews only reinforce what I experienced. You simply refuse to take any responsibility, and your customer service is absolutely appalling. I will never order from you again, and I will continue sharing my experience to warn others. I strongly urge people to think twice before ordering from Ryderwear and, based on my experience, I would recommend staying away from this company altogether.

Just brought 3 Arnie stringers for $45…
Just brought 3 Arnie stringers for $45 each. Totally not worth the money. Worth about $20 each, I hadn’t brought from them in a long time. The quality of their clothing range has really declined. Won’t be buying from them again.

Really disappointing experience with…
Really disappointing experience with the Ryderwear refund policy. As there isn’t a local store near me, I have to order multiple sizes and styles online to find the right fit. I was frustrated to discover that Ryderwear doesn’t offer refunds to the original payment method and only provides store credit. As someone with long legs, I also struggle because there’s no tall range for their leggings. I used to love Ryderwear and wore their activewear all the time, but after this returns and customer service experience, I’m not sure the brand aligns with what I value anymore. It’s hard to feel confident purchasing online when the return policy doesn’t support customers.
