Buried the lede on what you actually get
Buried the lede on what you're actually getting Ordered the Honda Accord “carbon fiber” dash kit in 3D Red expecting molded plastic trim pieces. What arrived was vinyl film. A sticker kit. Nowhere near the price/options box does it say "sticker" or "decal." You have to dig into paragraphs of marketing copy to find the words "vinyl film" and "goes on like a decal." Even if you are reading closely, you may easily not realize what you are buying. Expected something close to the product photos in color and look but what showed up was a loud, candy-apple red. Not remotely close to what's pictured. The red in the photos looks darker, deeper, classier. The actual red looks cheap and childish. When I immediately asked to return it (unopened except to check the color/material, immediately re-rolled and boxed), customer service pointed out that "wraps, rolls and sheets of film" are non-returnable per their own policy then offered a refund minus 25% restocking "as a courtesy." So the return policy conveniently classifies this product as non-returnable, but they'll graciously charge you a quarter of your money back to take it off your hands anyway, and you have to pay the return shipping. It is worth it to get this hideous useless thing out of my possession. Do your research before ordering. Know that you are buying vinyl, not plastic, and do NOT trust the color in the photos.

Garbage Experience, Stay Away At All Costs
Don't know how these guys are still in business and understandably don't have a Google Business Profile. Should've read these reviews before purchasing but oh well. My experience has been garbage. Tried to purchase some vinyl i couldn't find anywhere else, contacted them to see why they only ship within the US and if we could figure something out to get it shipped to me in Canada. They proceeded to basically tell me to f*** off and there was nothing they could do. *Simple shipping label change and drop off to a different carrier* but ok. Says shipped within 1-2 business days on their checkout page. Been 3 and still not shipped. This morning just got one of the vinyls I ordered refunded because apparently it was out of stock. Would be nice if that was clear on the website. And after all of that I've had to find a package forwarding service to get my stuff across the boarder and over to my house. AND THAT'S ALL BEFORE I EVEN GET THE VINYL. Don't see it being very high quality after reading below on how garbage their product is. Whatever you do stay away from these guys. Clearly don't know how to run a business.

poor customer service
I just had the worst experience with rvinyl i would strongly caution businesses against relying on rvinyl if your project has a deadline. I was sent the wrong material and immediately contacted rvinyl with photos and all requested information. Despite multiple follow up calls . I still have not received a clear answer on weather the replacement material is in stock. I was emailing Alyssa L. who was no help she told me I had the correct material it was labeled wrong if she took the time to look at the photos she would have seen i was sent a florescent green material not the yellow green i ordered. I even tried again this morning talked to a lady named Mariel who said she was a supervisor and I explained how I needed this material for a job that was time sensitive and still couldn't give me a direct answer so I canceled the order i should have used Fellers in the first place there customer service is great this would have never happened they know what's in stock and will not give you the run around. Errors happen in any business, but refusing to provide accurate information or timely updates is unacceptable. As a business owner I depend on reliable suppliers to keep commitments to my customers. This experience has put my schedule, reputation, and customer relationship at risk. If you consider using this company be prepared for poor communication, unanswered questions, and uncertainty when you need support the most

The pre cut tint came so wrinkled I couldn't use it. I have got some from other companies where sure a little wrinkle but heat takes it right out. I will not be ordering again. I attempted to install one piece knowing it was going to be bad but still tried to give them the benefit of doubt, and didn't even attempt the other side. I asked for a refund but after seeing their refund policy being store credit, I will not be using it if it's offered.
