The company is a scam. Do not buy from. The merchant providing the service informed me. I then tried to contact this company and it went to a personal voicemail.

DO NOT USE RUSH 49
Rush49 is selling passes for Outdoor Gravity Park, that has asked them to cease and desist. They are still selling despite that. We are now pending a refund but have heard no response from Rush49 for 2 business days now.

I have had so many issues with my purchase and my codes. I purchased them several days ago to go to the show that was tonight, but the codes were invalid so i contracted customer service and I got no response after 24 hours so I followed up again the next 4 days and yet still no response. I would tell anyone to avoid this shoddy business and I will avoid them as well in the future. Not only did they ruin my plans but they require you to contact the customer service who does not respond in order to ask for a refund.
