Non-existent customer service!
Bought three shirts for my partner. They did arrive, but one of them had a problem and was badly made. I read their website about returns and duly contacted support at royaura. So far, after three attempts, I have not received a response, other than several marketing emails and one from support, ignoring my email and telling me about their new collection. I can only surmise that this company is only interested in money and not customer service. I will certainly avoid them with a barge pole in future and advise everyone to do the same!

Crazy fun designs and great quality for…
Crazy fun designs and great quality for the cost. Also, I had a return issue for the first time that was handled masterfully. I recommend them to someone almost every time I wear one of my Hawaiian shirts to a social function and people complement them.

Beautiful and attractive print - diminished by white lining that shows
I really like the print on this shirt (neon abstract). It is a dark blue/purple background with bright neon-colored abstract lines across it. That part looks great. Where it is not so good is the shirt backing (inside) which is white. I like to wear my Hawaiian style shirts with the top button open. On this shirt, that shows a large amount of the white lining which ruins the look of the shirt. Even butttoning it up all the way, it still shows. The overall shirt material is quite thin so not sure how long this will last in any event. So - good price point, but quality lacking.

Ordered 10 shirts
Ordered 10 shirts, received an order number and a tracking number. Tracking said shirts were delivered but they were never received. Support just continually gave delaying tactics. STAY AWAY. Price was too good to be true, shame on me for falling for it.
