Rotpunkt kitchen infestation with woodworm
1-2 years after our Rotpunkt kitchen was installed, we noticed accumulation of fine powder at random places in some cabinets, live worms, as well as multiple holes 1-2mm in diameter. The certified agronomist diagnosed infestation with furniture beetle (woodworm) and NOT with a pantry beetle which was brought in the house in some sort of food material, that is to say, it was an endogenous infestation of the wood itself. All conservative measures failed and all the kitchen cabinets were discarded. So much about the "Green Line BioBoard". 20k€ to the bin and nobody claimed responsibility. Such a shame!

broodkevers in het materiaal van de keuken
Wij hebben onze Rotpunkt keuken in 2019 gekocht.De laatste tijd zien we steeds meer kleine beestjes, die ook kunnen vliegen, in de keukenkastjes. We hebben een plaagdierenexpert geraadpleegd die ons vertelde dat het om broodkevers gaat. De bron is volgens hem de keuken zelf en moet geheel worden vervangen. Dit komt doordat Rotpunkt bio board greenline materiaal gebruikte voor de keukenkastjes. Wij moeten nu maar proberen schadevergoeding te krijgen voor een keuken met ondeugdelijk materiaal.

Το καλοκαίρι του 2019 παρήγγειλα έπιπλα κουζίνας γερμανικής προέλευσης της μάρκας Rotpunkt. Αρχές καλοκαιριού του 2021 άρχισαν να εμφανίζονται έντομα/προνύμφες σε όλες τις μοριοσανίδες της κουζίνας μου. Αυτά τα έντομα γρήγορα επεκτάθηκαν και άφηναν μία λεπτή σκόνη στα ντουλάπια. Απευθυνθήκαμε στον αντιπρόσωπο της Rotpunkt στην Ελλάδα ο οποίος,μετά από την άρνηση ευθύνης της Rotpunkt, μας αντικατέστησε όλη την μολυσμένη κουζίνα με μια άλλη Γερμανική κουζίνα . Επαναφέρω την παραπάνω κακή μου εμπειρία διότι ανακάλυψα ότι η κριτική που είχα κάνει πριν καιρό για το ίδιο θέμα σβήστηκε / κατέβηκε . Με εκτίμηση Rolando Ansaldo

Beware of Rotpunkt as the ecological…
Beware of Rotpunkt as the ecological material of the cupboards have eggs and larvae of insects that destroy the interior of the material used to build the kitchens. This is seen after 1-2 years and the insects continue to multiply, leaving powder inside the cupboards and outside all over! The insects start to get out flying inside the whole house! It’s been a mess in our case! We used professional sprays with proper medicines several times! No result! We were forced to knock down all cupboards, spray the whole house, leave for 6 months to check the damages and healings and buy a new kitchen, after 3,5 years!!

Beetles in Rotpunkt kitchen cabinets
I used to be a very loyal distributor for Rotpunkt kitchens in an EU country for the last fifteen (15) years .Two years ago i started getting several complaints from my clients who had been using their Rotpunct kitchens for the last 2-4 years and had discoverd beetles coming out from all over the drilled holes of the ECO made of CORN melamine kitchen cabinets . For this reason many clients took me and Rotpunkt to court!!! Unfortunately this is my very bad experiance with Rotpunkt kitchens .
