Shit transport
Shit transport, employees are very angry with people and make fun of them, they have bedbugs in the bus, smells very bad inside and no ventilations, we arrived late and they re comportament are very bad and the comportament they have with people is so wrong..... they are able to leave people on the street in a different country just becouse they have bad organization. Dont recomend, they said we would make 36 h and we actually made 46...

Not professional. Timing is just random for them. If they set a delivery time, add 10 more hours. And yes, can be during night. Avoid if possible . Though CS usually helps.

Door-to-door doesn't exist.
The drivers are rude and if you don't wait outside for them before they arrive they threaten to not deliver the package because they cannot wait 30 seconds for someone to get outside the house. Called the company to ask if that is normal and they said yes, wait 15 minutes outside before the driver arrives because he is not allowed to exit the vehicle. Very bad practice for door-to-door delivery we have to wait outside on the road every single time otherwise we need to make a trip to collect it.

Am trimis un pachet din Italia la Bucuresti la domicilio, a ajuns in perfette conditii, totul intact, in 3 zile lucratoare, cu tracking. Ei duc pachetul la Falticeni si de acolo il pun pe curier intern Cargus. Totul perfect. Ii voi utiliza cu suguranta.

🇷🇴 ROMÂNĂ Experiență foarte proastă cu Romfour. Vineri, am confirmat prin WhatsApp preluarea coletelor mele din Cluj-Napoca către Paris pentru luni. Luni, nimeni nu a venit să le ridice. La ora 16:00, când i-am contactat, mi s-a spus inițial că nu exista nicio comandă, deși aveam capturi de ecran care confirmau comanda. Ulterior, au găsit comanda și mi-au spus că transportatorul fusese prea ocupat și nu a putut ajunge. Marți dimineață, la ora 8:30, i-am sunat din nou pentru a verifica preluarea și, din nou, nu îmi găseau comanda. A trebuit să fac o nouă comandă în regim de urgență, fără ca ei să fie în stare să îmi confirme dacă șoferul urma să vină înainte de plecarea avionului meu. Nici măcar nu am putut lua legătura direct cu șoferul. În aceste condiții, nu am putut avea încredere în serviciul lor și, în cele din urmă, a trebuit să apelez la DPD pentru preluarea coletelor. O companie de transport trebuie să fie, în primul rând, serioasă și de încredere. În cazul meu, nu au fost capabili să gestioneze corect comanda, să respecte termenul sau măcar să îmi confirme dacă transportatorul va veni. Nu recomand Romfour dacă aveți un termen important de respectat. 🇬🇧 ENGLISH Very disappointing experience with Romfour. On Friday, they confirmed via WhatsApp that my parcels would be collected in Cluj-Napoca on Monday and transported to Paris. On Monday, nobody came to collect them. At 4:00 PM, when I contacted them, they initially told me that there was no order, even though I had screenshots confirming it. They eventually found the order and explained that the driver had been too busy to come. The following morning at 8:30 AM, I called again to confirm the collection, and once again they could not find my order. I had to create a new urgent order, without them being able to confirm whether the driver would actually come before my flight. I was not even able to get in direct contact with the driver. At that point, I simply could not trust them with my parcels, and I ultimately had to use DPD to have them collected. A transport company should first and foremost be reliable and provide proper follow-up. In my case, Romfour failed to manage the order correctly, failed to meet the agreed timeframe, and could not even confirm whether the driver would show up. I would not recommend Romfour if you have an important deadline to meet. 🇫🇷 FRANÇAIS Très mauvaise expérience avec Romfour. Vendredi, ils m’avaient confirmé par WhatsApp qu’ils viendraient récupérer mes colis à Cluj-Napoca le lundi pour les transporter jusqu’à Paris. Lundi, personne ne s’est présenté. À 16h, lorsque je les ai contactés, ils m’ont d’abord indiqué qu’il n’y avait aucune commande, alors que j’avais des captures d’écran confirmant la réservation. Ils ont finalement retrouvé la commande et m’ont expliqué que le transporteur avait été trop occupé pour venir. Le lendemain matin à 8h30, je les ai rappelés pour vérifier la prise en charge et, une nouvelle fois, ils ne retrouvaient pas ma commande. J’ai dû créer une nouvelle commande en urgence, sans qu’ils soient capables de me confirmer si le conducteur viendrait réellement avant mon avion. Il m’était même impossible d’entrer directement en contact avec lui. Dans ces conditions, je n’ai tout simplement pas pu leur faire confiance et j’ai finalement dû passer par DPD pour faire récupérer mes colis. Une entreprise de transport doit avant tout être fiable et assurer un minimum de suivi. Dans mon cas, Romfour n’a été capable ni de gérer correctement la commande, ni de respecter le délai convenu, ni même de confirmer que le transporteur viendrait. Je déconseille cette entreprise si vous avez une échéance importante à respecter.
