I was so pleased with the quality of both my Rollaters
I was so pleased with the quality of their products and the efficiency of the company. I originally purchased a Rolls Motion Performance to be able to travel to Europe and Southeast Asia. I would highly recommend it because it never waivered under rough conditions . I have since purchased the Rolls Air and am just as pleased. It is lightweight and very maneuverable. Well designed and true to their descriptions.

Buyer beware! Expensive to try!
My husband, who has Parkinson’s disease, ordered a Rollz air carbon rollator to try through the company’s website. The product is advertised as being 10 pounds 13 ounces. It actually weighs 13 pounds over 10% higher. Secondly, it has the largest brake cables we have seen on any rollator, just waiting to be snagged on something. After we unboxed the product, without using it at all, we decided to return it. To our surprise, the shipping and restocking fee of $136 was deducted from our return credit. While the website did list these charges we were unpleasantly surprised at how much we paid to try this product. Before I would try a product from this company, I would try every lightweight product offered on Amazon where returns are free.

Pebble White Rollz Motion
I got a beautiful Pebble White Rollz Motion from Amazon. It has changed my life. I’m able to do so much more and go so much farther. I tested out the regular version and thought I might need the short version but it didn’t come in the color I wanted and it was so close that I figured it was ok. It has worked out just fine. And I love the white. It looks so cool. I get compliments on it everywhere I go.
