The 1.8 star is totally accurate
The 1.8 star is totally accurate. Horrible customer service. They also dumped the entire order in the middle of my HOA street when I was out of town and now the HOA has threatened to remove it and charge me for ir. They refused to come pick it up and move it inside where it’s not on the street. Very rude. Not helpful at all! Stay away at all costs.

Scammed by Rogue
Imported a couple of items that were not on their EU website to Europe. This is a direct quote from their US website Checkout FAQ: "European Union customers: If product value is greater than €150, you will be responsible for any customs fees associated with the order once it arrives at the border. If product value is less than €150, Rogue will collect VAT & Duty at checkout and you will not be responsible for any additional fees." Taxes were collected at checkout. When the parcel arrived in the destination country it was held by customs and I had to pay taxes (VAT) again. Rogue Fitness refused to refund the taxes they collected and just told me to use the EU site next time. Well guess what, there won't be a next time.

Do not buy one of their barbells
Do not buy one of their barbells, unless you are prepared to put in significant time trying to open the cardboard tube it comes in. They say to cut the tube open, unravel it (which is almost impossible), and then try to remove the staples from one end. The staples are embedded so far into 3/8-inch cardboard that they’re impossible to get out. Ridiculous. Why ship a barbell in such an idiotic way? Why not ship it in a long cardboard box with padding?

Great product. Nightmarish delivery process.
The delivered product seems to be great - let´s see about it´s durability in the long term, obviously can´t tell now since I just got it, but the product reviews are great as well. But the whole delivery process with Fedex and not much help from Rogue´s customer support was a nightmare, therefore only 4 stars. All good at the end, but still.

Confusing Product Listing, No Customer Accommodation
The bands themselves appear to be high quality, but I was disappointed by the purchasing experience. The product image prominently displays the full lineup of Monster Bands, yet there is no clearly labeled complete set option. I mistakenly believed I was purchasing the full assortment shown and only realized after delivery that the package included just three bands. While Rogue offered a return, they were unwilling to provide any accommodation despite acknowledging my confusion. I expected more customer-focused service from a company with such a strong reputation
