Not only are these products superior…
Not only are these products superior but the customer service is outstanding. I have purchased retinol drops, bee venom night gel, super serum, 24 carat gold ultimate, slow glow drops, vitamin c oil. I have received so many compliments about my skin. My husband is now using my products which is annoying!

be aware of quality control
Firstly, I would say I had previously had good quality items that were lovely. However, upon ordering a set of smaller creams it was apparent that quality control is not in the system. The eye cream was a small mound of solid goodness knows what but you could not put it on your sensitive skin around your eyes. The moisturiser smelt of old socks (bad) and this was not going on my face. I had previously had both products and they were great. I did a review which did not get published and it took me about 8 times to ask for my data to be removed from their mailing list. I also told them about the products and would've expected an apology but alas not.

Tried to cancel an order and all…
Tried to cancel an order and all customer service was sent to an AI bot that said it couldn’t find my order, even though I was replying on the email thread of the order confirmation. 5 emails back and forth providing all the information the bot requested to be told they can’t find the order. Then I get a shipping notification that it’s on the way, and at that point it was too late to cancel my order. Terrible company and customer service.

This product is absolutely amazing
This product is absolutely amazing. I can recently burned my hand in a cooking incident at home the burning brown sugar stick to my had and I was rushed by ambulance to the burn center the pain was excruciating. I was told I would need a skin graft as soon doesn't grow back especially quickly, this type of birth takes up to a year to heal. I also had a second degree burn on my chin. Well I started using the radial collagen drunk that I had received from my Ipsy subscription, just to see if it would help out. I also use dermelect repair in order to keep my skin hydrated but I wanted to see if it would help with the second degree burn. To my surprise within a month you couldn't even see that I even got burnt on my chin. The medicine that the doctor was giving me for my fingers was not working at all and neither was Neosporin. Then I began to use these two products together since they worked so well on my face. I wanted to see if it worked on my fingers I would would rub it in my skin and then I would wrap them back in the bandages. 2 weeks I was able to go from from using bandages to Band-Aids and then additional 2 weeks later you could even tell that my skin had been burnt off. I still have some nerve issues. That's where my skin is. Very still sensitive to touch but looking at my hand you wouldn't even have known that I've had third degree burns on them. So thank you for such an amazing product

Product was damaged during shipping. Company immediately offered full refund or replacement. Very focused on making sure I was completely satisfied. I’ll always do future business with Rodial.
