Scam company that scraped my professional information, and the parts they could not get they guessed wrong and published it. Now anyone that googles me finds all this incorrect info. Crap.

shenanigans when processing refunds
The service for the most part works well. The price you get from Apollo is better and the functionality stronger. CAUTIONARY TALE - they will play with some shenanigans when processing refunds. Fairly despicable. Seems they may reward their customer service for reducing refunds.

Shameful company
Shameful company. Terrible customer service - made an accidental payment, immediately contacted asking to reverse and they are enforcing a year subscription that was made accidentally.

Heartless ROCKETREACH. Be VERY wary.
I am 73. Last year I had a temporary job and thought a company like ROCKETREACH could help with contacts. I looked for a particular type of contact and before signing up, looked at the first ROCKETREACH page and there were 4. There were many more pages that I could not see until I paid. I subscribed to find that the original 4 were the only ones. 3 months ago I lost my job. Yesterday I received a text from Michelle at ROCKETREACH thanking me for paying for another year. No forewarning like "In 7 days, we will take your next years subscription". I wrote explaining I had lost my job, was now retired, living on a pension with no use whatsoever for ROCKETREACH and could they return the fee. The basic answer was that rules are rules. No exceptions. No sympathy. Just 'we've got your money. You have no way of getting it back. We have cancelled the following years fee and you can use ROCKETREACH for the following 12 months.' I am so appalled that I chose this despicable heartless company in the first place. Yes, if I had read their T & C page 143 paragraph 7, it would have said this, but should the law not change so that all companies must give a minimum of a week before getting next years payment. Amazon just wrote saying that they will soon be collecting next years Prime fee, but that I could cancel at any time prior. ROCKETREACH should be made to stop deceiving by pretending they have more useful data than they have as well as giving people time to decide if they want to continue or not. I wonder why they don't give people the time to back out????????? PLEASE FOR YOUR OWN SAKE, FIND ANOTHER COMPANY TO GET CONTACTS FROM. Thank you.
