This agency is very unprofessional!!! Ametuers school leavers has more sense and manners than this bunch of clowns who do not deserve to be in a circus either. They like to hang up the phone on you!!! Ruth Amoagyei contacted me about a job then she replied I need references so I gave Ruth Amoagyei them. Trying to get hold of Ruth Amoagyei was a absolute nightmare with the rude people who takes messages (For the fun of it) and hangs up the phone on you. Finally got hold of Ruth Amoagyei she said she’s got my references and the job is no longer available. I’ve just contacted my old boss I used to work for and he said no one has contacted him for no reference so I smell something here Ruth Amoagyei is not to be trusted at all!!! Dave who works here as well is a absolute nightmare as well I put a google review about a company I went for a job interview and he’s asking me why I left a negative review for the company and didn’t sound too happy. Well Dave I’m entitled to my opinions and will not remove bad or Good reviews after all it’s good for other to be aware of good and the bad. If they call or email you don’t bother waste your time because these unprofessional people won’t help you get a job. David I will not remove this review like you asked me to do because that’s what Google reviews are for to help others. Update 15th July 2026 Louis Willis-Falkiner contacted myself about a role now he said before I send your details to the employer he needs 2 references which I did provide, then I called him on the 16th July 2026 and he said my 2 references that I provided they didn't want to give a reference. Oh my gosh what a liar as I've spoken to the 2 people that I provided for the references and they said no one contacted them. These guys at Roc Search are all liars!!!!

Completely unprofessional experience
I interviewed for a role through Roc Search and was told I’d get feedback the next day. Two weeks passed with nothing. I emailed Luke — no reply. When I called, I was told he’d already gone home for the weekend, and the next time I called he was off again. The lack of communication and accountability was really disappointing. Based on this experience, I won’t be using Roc Search again.

Had a brief call with Liam Dunne about a role in which he insisted to have a technical call with one of my ex colleague which I provided. Next I have been chasing him but no response, Very unprofessional. Total waste of time and effort.

James secured a job for me
James managed to secure a role for me . He did all the hard work to make sure things moved smoothly and was always available if I had any questions .
