Francis Stickney at RiverHomes has been extremely helpful in selling the house of an elderly deceased relative. He was enthusiastic about the property, conducted many viewings and had great local knowledge. The sale was completed swiftly and Francis was always willing to provide assistance on other things concerning the property. We highly recommend him and RiverHomes.

Very happy with property management team
I’ve been extremely pleased with the property management service provided by River Homes over the nine years they have managed my property in West London while I was living abroad. Sue, Sara and Sarah have been consistently professional, responsive and proactive. They have always provided sound advice, ensured that any issues were dealt with promptly, and sourced reliable contractors at reasonable costs. Thanks to their dedication, my property has been maintained to a very high standard throughout, my tenants have been happy with the level of care and maintenance, and my expenses have remained well controlled..... and very pleasant people to deal with! Renting a property from a distance requires a team you can trust, and River Homes has been exactly that. More recently I naturally selected them to manage the sale which was very well done. I would highly recommend them to any landlord looking for a reliable and professional property management company.

Riverhomes have been fab!
Riverhomes have been fab in helping us find our rented property. Consistent and quick to help with queries. On hand to make the process less stressful as possible. Sue, Jack & Liana were amazing . And the Property Management Team led by Sarah, Sara and Annabelle have been exemplary in making our stay at the rented property as comfortable as possible. Always reachable to offer support and deal with any emergencies efficiently and promptly. No complaint, however small, went unheeded. They had incredibly reliable and professional workmen to sort specific jobs. On both fronts, such a nice bunch of people to have on your side.

Great experience
We had a great experience with Riverhomes renting a boat through them. Communication between us was great and would get back to us almost immediately. Sale
Francis of Riverhomes sold my deceased mother’s house. He was enthusiastic and good to work with. At times the sale was frustratingly slow, but Francis kept going cheerfully. He gave the family what proved to be well founded confidence that a sale would take place. I would recommend him and Riverhomes.
