One star is too much
Very disappointing experience with Rise of Bets My experience with Rise of Bets has been highly negative, and unfortunately, I’ve lost all trust in the platform. The site promises withdrawals to be processed within 3 days, but this does not happen. The only time they seem to process things quickly (even on weekends) is when wagering requirements are still ongoing. Deposited funds must be wagered 3x at minimum 1.5 odds. Nearly €300 of my balance was frozen with accusations of VPN use and bonus abuse, claims that were never properly justified. I only received copy-pasted terms instead of real explanations. You are not allowed to place multiple bets on the same event. Customer service was very poor. I spoke with five agents, and only one actually tried to help. The others were rude or simply closed the chat. Slots do not scale properly on mobile devices. The site overall feels buggy, for example, the document upload page lagged badly, and I never received clear confirmation whether my verification was successful. Overall, the platform feels unreliable and unprofessional. I will be filing a complaint with the licensing authority. I would not recommend this site to others.
