Hello 2 months ago richville casino decide to block my account and hold my money telling me that i broke some rule.i used to play with them for a long time in the same way as always and never said to me that i broke any rule.that becouse i was loosing so no problem for them.the last time i had some winnings thats why they decide to block my account and keep my money.so i sked from them some documents to prove that i was going with their rules from the begining.they said that will do it but allready passed a month without answer.is it legitimate to hold my money and block my account?usually casinos if they want to block you at least they give you the money.i hope we resolve that as soon as possible

SCAM CASINO! Confiscated €2,000 of legitimate winnings! Avoid Richville Casino at all costs! This is a textbook rogue casino that is happy to take your deposits, but the moment you actually win big, they look for any pathetic excuse not to pay you out. I recently won around €2,000, and instead of processing my withdrawal, they completely blocked my account and confiscated all my money. They sent me a generic email claiming "bonus abuse" under clause 16.10.2.3. This is an absolute lie. I strictly followed every single rule, maximum bet limit, and wagering requirement. They are simply using a loophole clause in their Terms and Conditions to steal my money.

I don't understand why there are so many positive reviews. A few months ago, I closed my account because it was a joke. They treated me like an ATM, and I lost a lot of money. I asked for a free one more than once.I asked for a free bonus many times, but I never qualified. The answer was one: be active and the bonus will be awarded. Nothing free always deposit has to do . The slots were set to swallow your money quickly . It was impossible to win anything.My balance was never £200. I deposited and lost thousands. This casino and many of its sister sites are pathetic. Not worth your money. They give free spins for a positive review.I Don't believe any positive opinions . The worst thing is that they have sister sites and they share your data and use the same operator, so when you go to another sister site you are actually still playing in the same casino, only the name is different. Type in Google casino sister site and you will see.
