This software is garbage and they don’t offer refunds in a 24-hour period. I literally couldn’t use my joystick on my onexplayer. Customer service was EXTREMELY rude when I requested a refund. “That’s why we offer a 7 day trial, so I guess you shouldn’t have bought it.” Yeah, I guess so - and you shouldn’t either

The developers only want money
it does it's job, as long as you don't mind being met with an advertisment or paywall every 5 minutes. Atleast it's not a virus, so it could be worse I guess.

Predatory SCAM
Just found out from customer service that they’re not going to refund me for a product that I can’t use. As soon as I realize I had issues and it was unusable I went ahead and contacted customer service. Who pretty much told me it sucks to be you but you’re not getting your money back. Avoid this software at all cost customer service does nothing to help you and all they want is your money. If you have any video game that has anti cheat this product will not work with it and they don’t tell you that before you buy it unless you read the terms and conditions that no one ever reads. On top of that they’ve made no effort to fix this whatsoever so instead of warning people upfront like any company that doesn’t like to get sued, they bury it in their terms and conditions instead. Imagine a simple window that could pop up before you purchase saying hey this doesn’t work on this list of games. Make sure you know that before you buy our product.. they’d rather just take your money and not refund you and leave themselves open to lawsuits. Predatory, stay away from the software and all this disc soft software products.

Too pricey and not customer friendly business model
I bought the app recently for a bit over 30bucks. For software that is basically a tool for creating macros, combos, and advanced controller remapping, the price is definitely on the high side. This should be sold for 10-20bucks at best! Most importantly, their business model has changed drastically since the COVID era. From a one-time payment to a subscription model to a lifetime subscription model, and so . Also, their license checkup relies on a nosy online DRM system, so if you have trouble with your internet connection or their server goes down, you cannot use the app at all! Think about all of these before you buy!

it's not trustworthy
it's not trustworthy. they change their TOS from today to tomorrow. The software just stops working with a forced update. And not it's always forced updates. If it works...it's one of the best softwares for controllers you can find. But...only then. As it's often just stops working and the support is telling you that you are wrong. Don't expect support. And don't expect that the software is always working. If you can live with that, it's an amazing software...just that it might be NOT working the day you need it.
