I love what I ordered but shipping time is crazy
I love what I ordered. The only thing is how long it took to ship, I don’t even mind waiting but when I ordered I said 1-2 weeks and 2-4 weeks I didn’t get my second pair of pants for 2 months. I just wish I knew that when I ordered so I wouldn’t be wondering if it was ever gonna come

I’m from Europe, so I knew this would take a while. But when I was tracking the jeans that I wanted, they were in my region, so I thought that I would not have to wait so long anymore… yeah I was wrong!! My package was deliverd back in New York. What is it doing there?! I didn’t get an email or so, that said that I needed to go pick it up, so normally I expected it to be delivered. Well… don’t buy from Revice. Because you won’t get your shit unless your filthy rich and important, or else you will just loose your money and can’t even get it back.

Took over a month and a complaint to…
Took over a month and a complaint to the company to finally get my order. It wasn’t easy to contact them either as the only way is to join their lives at certain hours on certain days or message them directly on their Instagram. I ordered the Encore skinny barracuda jeans and the pants are okay. They’re WAY too long but feel alright. Not gonna bother returning though cause I’m sure that’ll be a headache too. Disappointed to say the least.

Revice Worst Customer Service
Revice products are exceptional. However, customer service is terrible. I have never experienced lack of communication this bad. I ordered two pair of jeans May 30th and just received one pair August 8th. Although their system states I received 2 pair. I have contacted them several times and no one has reached out to me.

Ive been waiting for over a month and…
Ive been waiting for over a month and my order still hasn’t shipped. The customer service is terrible and do not respond to your question, only pre drafted responses. Don’t waste your money on this company.
