To put it simply this place is a scam…
To put it simply this place is a scam screwed up my order, gave me multiple repeats of the same set on the same order, what they’re showing you might get is not true the crab droid I got was promised to be play scale. A mini fig is taller than it. The custom mini figs I got were not custom at all. I had already got multiple of them from sets and the ones I got were on what they were displaying you might get same with the sets I got themselves.

Item purchased on 8/1 with expected delivery of 8/15. I reached out on 8/6 and they said it would ship by 8/11. USPS tracking shows it didn't ship out till 8/16. RepublicBricks blamed USPS and never took accountability.

If I could give zero I would
If I could give zero I would! This company is terrible, they sell Lego Star Wars figures and show pictures with light sabers and send one with a lightsaber but the other one doesn’t! Classic bait and switch! Plus their customer service is terrible and rude! And their prices are quite high for the quality and they do not provide stands for their figures! I even sent them the receipt to show the picture of the figure with the lightsaber to no avail! Do NOT order from this terrible company with terrible customer service…get your mini figures elsewhere…buyers beware!

I have been a RepublicBricks customer…
I have been a RepublicBricks customer for years and have placed well over 10 orders, not including items purchased through their Instagram auctions. Until recently, I had a positive impression of the company. After moving, I found a backlog of RepublicBricks sets that had been left at my previous home. Since the sets were unopened, I scanned the QR code to access the digital building instructions, only to find that the link had been disabled. I contacted customer support, explained the situation, and even tracked down my original order number to verify that I had legitimately purchased the set. I was then told that because my purchase was more than 90 days old, I would have to pay $20 to receive the instructions for a set I already own. The particular set I asked about originally cost around $300, and it had already been paid for in full. Having to pay an additional fee just to access the instructions necessary to build a product I purchased was incredibly disappointing. To make matters worse, I continued finding more RepublicBricks sets from previous orders, and I now face the same issue with those as well. Without paying additional fees for each set, I can’t build products that I already own. I understand that companies need policies, but charging existing customers for access to building instructions after disabling the original QR code feels unreasonable. Instructions are an essential part of the product, not an optional add-. Long-time customers who have already spent significant amounts of money with the company shouldn’t be required to pay extra simply because they didn’t build their sets within an arbitrary timeframe. Unfortunately, this experience has left me hesitant to purchase from RepublicBricks again. I hope they reconsider this policy and provide previous customers with permanent access to the instructions for products they’ve already purchased.

Not even close to what I expected
I made the mistake of buying 2 of their $25 "mystery boxes." I ended up getting 2 of the exact same thing, 2 crab droids. $50 plus shipping and handling for items barely valued at $20. Total waste.
