Extremely disappointing experience with Replymer
We used Replymer for DialNexa for around 20 days, and the experience was extremely disappointing. Despite setting up the platform and following the recommended process, we received zero Reddit posts during the entire period. The founder replied to one of my emails and shared a few suggestions for improving the setup. We implemented the suggestions, but there was no further communication or support after that. I have requested a refund multiple times and have not received a proper response. Posting this review is my last resort after repeatedly trying to resolve the issue directly. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend subscribing to Replymer. Please evaluate the platform carefully before paying. If anyone is considering the product and wants to understand our experience in more detail, feel free to contact me.

Quality Replies extremely bad
I tried Replymer for a month and used about 100 replies. The first few were actually pretty good, but after a while a lot of them got deleted after some time, which was frustrating. For the rest, it really felt like the tool was just scraping keywords you set in the dashboard, without understanding the actual context of the conversation. Because of that, many replies ended up being completely off-topic. On top of that, most of the replies sounded almost identical, so it didn’t feel very natural or personal at all. Asked because of this a refund, it wasn't possible, they gave me 2 extra replies.
